A dynamic and growing company in Guyana is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources and Administration to join its team. The company operates in the food service industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all human resources functions and processes, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures aligned with labor standards.
  • Provide guidance and support on employee-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, promotions, and separations.
  • Manage company payrolls, statutory deductions, and reconciliation of pension and medical premiums.
  • Coordinate HR activities such as employee surveys and performance management.
  • Prepare and submit monthly HR reports.

Requirements:

  • A university degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience in Strategic Human Resources.
  • Strong people management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
