The role of Director, Human Resources & Administration (HRA) is a critical leadership position responsible for shaping and driving the organization's human resource and procurement functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Executive Director, the HRA Director, will:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor the Strategic Human Resource Plan and the Procurement Plan in alignment with the organization’s priority programmes, relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee the execution of initiatives aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating staff to achieve greater productivity and accountability.
  • Lead the design and delivery of programmes that enhance employee engagement and support the organization in fulfilling its statutory mandate.
  • Provide strategic advice and support to management on all human resource and procurement matters.
  • Ensure compliance with established regulations, policies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in human resource management, with 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement management practices and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-performance culture.
