Digital Transformation Officer

The Digital Transformation Officer will lead tech initiatives to advance the firm's digital strategy, manage projects using Waterfall and Agile, and improve operations and client service while focusing on driving innovation and improving business operations across the firm's technology landscape.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or related field.

CERTIFICATION

• Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP).

MINUMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience in technology management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing digital transformation or technology projects in a corporate environment.

• Strong expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience in managing projects across both frameworks.

• Proven experience in successfully delivering large-scale technology projects and small-scale initiatives in a publicly listed investment banking firm or similar financial services sector.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, data protection standards, and compliance requirements relevant to the financial services industry.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with emerging digital technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), AI/ML, blockchain, data analytics, or RPA.

• Strong knowledge of investment banking operations, including trading, portfolio management, risk management, and financial reporting
