Digital Transformation Officer

The incumbent is responsible for the implementation of scalable and innovative digital solutions that align with the organization's digital transformation strategy.

• Design end-to-end digital solutions architecture.
• Evaluate and select technologies for digital projects.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure architecture alignment.
• Ensure scalability, security, and efficiency of digital solutions.
• Create/evaluate the Super user training strategy to ensure effective use of technology implemented.
• Analyze and develop the appropriate upgrade / migration strategy and platform for existing solutions.
• Cybersecurity review, enhancement, and efficacy.
  • Interview team-members to identify processes with little or no automation.
• Identify training opportunities for team members that would lead to more productive use of digital innovation.
• Identify training opportunities for team-members that would lead to more productive use of digital solutions.
• Gather and track the progress of requests for automation.
