The incumbent will own A/ B campaign analyses projects from beginning to end, including opportunity identification, problem scoping, analysis framing/execution and synthesizing results to project stakeholders and internal leadership.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Executes identification, analysis and interpretation of trends or patterns in complex data set to identify value proposition and business
Leverage data and analytics to provide support to marketing campaigns, UX, UI strategies
Work efficiently with each Digital and third party teams to define, extract and synthesize available data and share insight.
Glean actionable insights to support in-market campaign optimization
Analyze scenarios to assess the before/after impacts of target market selection, media choice and allocation on business performance
Executes Queries and Data cleaning etc.
Assist with developing and measuring marketing stimuli (A/B and multi-variant) test results in collaboration with various teams to build robust marketing and e-commerce strategies.
Design & Manage integrated analytics strategy/approach to create measurement frameworks and scorecards that synthesize large amounts of data to accurately deliver on business objectives.
Enhance the reporting process internally through automation for data extraction and processing.
Compile digital analysis reports, including revenue tracking, to support e-commerce efforts with actionable recommendations for optimization
Performs other related duties as may be required by the job function.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelors’ degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management or related quantitative field
Experience using Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and charting.
Experience in BI tools for reporting
Understanding of Data Modelling
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with application of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets
Knowledge of databases (SQL), programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks) would be an asset
Programming experience and knowledge of Python and Ruby would be an asset
