PURPOSE OF JOB

The Digital & Brand Experience Administrator will be responsible for developing high-quality graphics, and content, managing the company’s websites, and digital presence across multiple platforms. Reporting to the International Business Growth, Digital & Brand Experience Manager, the Administrator is highly attuned to technology, technological advancements, and current and international affairs, ensuring that the content remains current and effective in producing relevant and relatable content

 MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

    • Plan, produce, and create digital content to be used across all the company’s digital channels, increasing engagement with our audiences and stakeholders.
    • Create awareness and interest within our audiences and stakeholder groups, driving traffic to engage with digital content.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, feeding back to stakeholders, and using the data to inform future activities.
    • Lead day-to-day management of the company’s websites, social media platforms, blogs, etc.
    • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, digital marketing trends, and technologies to improve content creation skills continuously.
    • Collaborate with other teams to design and create content that aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
    • Develop and maintain an editorial, and digital media calendar to ensure consistent content production, timely delivery, and content posting.
    • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and style.
    • Collaborate closely with the team members, and other departments, to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth and brand management.
    • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

    • BSc in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
    • Certification related to digital marketing, content creation, and strategy, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
    • Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience as a content creator, graphic designer, copywriter, or similar role.
