The Dietary Assistant is responsible for assisting in the preparation and delivery of meals to patients, or clients in a healthcare or institutional setting. This role supports the dietary department by following dietary guidelines, ensuring food safety standards are met, and promoting nutritional health while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

DESCRIPTION

1. Five (5) CXC/GCE Ordinary Level Passes, inclusive of Mathematics and English Language.
2. Certification in food preparation from a recognised institution would be an asset.
3. At least two (2) years’ experience in food service or similar role.
4. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures.
5. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
