To support the strategic execution of marketing initiatives through the understanding of PiCOS (Picture of Success) and customer needs to leverage product sales and customer satisfaction.
1. Provide specialized advice to assigned customers with the goal of increasing the demand of the brands he/she represents.
2. Leads the process of the price compliance agenda to ensure mark-up, suggested retail price, and promotional prices are in line with sales targets by consumption considering occasion/channel/customer.
3. Lead on customer cooler management, with focus on new placements, productivity, planogram and customer follow ups.
4. Support customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention by building relationships with customers.
5. Provide key support in developing AB customers to grow in distribution and volume within the channel.
6. Support the sales team by engaging AB customers about the company’s Innovations.
7. Provide point of sales promotional support for all outlets.
8. Maintain the measurement and evaluation process of all promotions.
9. Full adherence to journey plan.
