Delivery Driver/ Warehouse Personnel

We are seeking an experienced driver to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of the Company’s goods to customers and will be required to provide assistance in conducting inventory within the Warehouse.

Responsibilities include but is not limited to:

• To provide support and assistance to the Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure all deliveries are done in a timely manner, adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
• To pick, load and unload items from the company vehicle.
• Stack goods properly to ensure it is secured within the vehicle to avoid damages.
• Maintain and handle documentation regarding the distribution of all items.
• Obtain delivery confirmation from each customer.
• Collect payments for or on behalf of the company.
• Maintain ongoing communication with the Dispatching Coordinator to report issues and to resolve discrepancies throughout the day.
• Complete all logs and reports daily.
• Maintain, operate and upkeep the company vehicle in accordance to WSCL’s Motor Vehicle Policy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) CXC passes

• Must be twenty five (25) years of age or older

• Must have 4-5 years’ experience in a similar position, knowledgable in warehouse techniques and procedures

• Must have a valid driver's permit either Class 4 or 5 License

• Excellent communication skills

• Effective interpersonal, oral and written skills

• Must be self-motivated and possess
