Deliver Drivers (Barbados)

The Business and Employment Centre is seeking Delivery Drivers with their own vehicles to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages within assigned routes while providing excellent service and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages safely and efficiently.
• Plan routes using GPS and delivery tracking apps to maximize efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Handle packages carefully to prevent damage.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding any delivery issues or delays.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Own a reliable vehicle (car, van, or small truck) suitable for deliveries.
• Valid driver’s license and up-to-date vehicle insurance.
• Smartphone with GPS capability for route optimization.
• Ability to lift and carry packages of various sizes.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in delivery or courier services is an asset but not required.
