1. Dean of Discipline (New Position)

Compensation Package $4216400 - $5216400

• Are you a strong leader with a passion for fostering a positive and respectful learning environment?
• Do you possess excellent conflict resolution and behaviour management skills?
• As the Dean of Discipline, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and conducive learning atmosphere, promoting character development, and ensuring student success.
• Responsibilities include: Implementing and enforcing school policies, managing student behaviour, working with students and parents to create positive behavioural changes.

            Minimum Qualification

• First Degree with an emphasis in any of the following areas: Education, Psychology, Counselling Psychology and Social Work.
• At least three (3) years in a similar position.
