The incumbent is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, supporting and optimizing database management systems; developing, modifying, maintaining, and supporting application systems with a focus on service improvement and optimization. Identify and analyze user requirements and recommend appropriate applications or modifications to support the functionality required. Ensure that all application and database systems SuperPharm locations are kept fully operational at all times through performance monitoring and alerting, performing regular maintenance and resolving processing and programming problems to meet business and customer demands.
