Data Processor (Temporary)

Data Processor required for client

THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO NATIONALS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO AND THOSE HOLDING VALID AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE COUNTRY. MUST BE LIVING IN THE COUNTRY AT THE PRESENT TIME.

Our client located in Port of Spain, Trinidad is seeking to fill the position of TEMPORARY DATA PROCESSOR 

SALARY RANGE: $6,500.00

To manage and handle data processing functions on a day-to-day basis.

Processes orders, invoices, billings, payments and requests in an organized manner. 

Checks, processes, and verifies vendor payments and accounts receivable data. 

To process and analyze daily cash flow information and other financial data. 

Resolves and troubleshoot problems affecting data processing functions. 

Interacts with cross-functional teams to process and integrate related data. 

To process related information data and forward to appropriate personnel for approval. 

Initiates and implements best practices and standards in data processing functions. 

Transpose information on excel and analyze if required for reporting functions. 

Communicates with clients to confirm transactions and request any additional information that may be required. 

Performs administrative duties related to data processing from time to time.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or any other related field and relevant experience in a credit environment.

 ABILITY/SKILLS/APTITUDE/JUDGEMENT:

Strong oral and written communication skills
 
Excellent internal and external customer relations skills
 
Ability to work well in a team environment
 
Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
 
Ability to function in a fast paced environment
