This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial data processing and ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytica skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to resolving data-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Efficiently manage and handle all data processing functions daily.
  • Disbursements: Prepare disbursements for various products and ensure timely follow-up for payments.
  • Transaction Processing: Process orders, invoices, billings, payments, and requests in an organized and accurate manner.
  • Verification: Check, process, and verify vendor payments and accounts receivable data to ensure accuracy.
  • Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to resolve minor complaints related to financial and credit transactions.
  • Database Maintenance: Update and maintain databases with new client information and renew clients on an annual basis.
  • Financial Analysis: Process and analyze daily cash flow information and other financial data for reporting purposes.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving and troubleshooting issues affecting data processing functions.
  • Approval Process: Process related information and forward it to the appropriate personnel for approval.
  • Best Practices: Initiate and implement best practices and standards in data processing functions.
  • Data Analysis: Transpose information into Excel and analyze it as required for reporting functions.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to confirm transactions and request any additional information as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties related to data processing as required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in a credit or finance environment.

Skills and Abilities

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to process and interpret financial data accurately.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer Relations: Exceptional internal and external customer relations skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Adaptability: Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
