DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION MANAGER


Restaurants of Jamaica Limited (ROJ), operators of the KFC and Pizza Hut brands, is seeking a visionary and innovative Digital Transformation Manager to lead our journey towards a more technologically advanced and customer-centric future. This senior leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the restaurant industry and expertise in digital technology deployment and organizational development. The Digital Transformation Manager will oversee and drive digital transformation across the company, ensuring a seamless balance between technical efficiency and people-centric change management. This role involves integrating and optimizing digital solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering organizational adaptability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the digital transformation process from conceptualization to implementation and optimization.
2. Ensure seamless integration and optimization of digital systems across the organization.
3. Utilize digital tools to streamline operations, manage inventory and labor, and handle financial records.
4. Implement and manage centralized control systems for POS, menu management, and loyalty programs.
5. Develop and deploy solutions to improve customer interactions and satisfaction.
6. Oversee HR management systems for accurately handling personnel records and payroll.
7. Employ statistical software and business intelligence tools for data analysis and decision-making.
8. Continuously monitor and upgrade system performance.
9. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on project progress and system changes.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Industry certifications in Digital Transformation, Agile Project Management, Change Management, Business Process Management, and IT Governance are a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Digital Transformation initiatives, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Expertise in solution architecture, system integration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
• Proven experience in change management, business process reengineering, organizational psychology, and leadership development.
• Knowledge of customer experience strategies, employee engagement methodologies, and motivation theories.
• Experience in agile methodologies, DevOps, DevSecOps, and ITIL frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of current customer experience trends in the restaurant industry.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity awareness and data privacy regulations.
