**Position Summary:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will help build outstanding relationships with our customers, ensuring every interaction is positive and fulfilling.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Respond promptly to customer needs and gather feedback for service improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality while communicating effectively.
- Clearly articulate in various situations.
- Manage multiple tasks while documenting customer interactions.
- Commit to quality and accuracy through continuous improvement.
- Meet productivity standards and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Show up consistently, ready to take on the day!
- Take ownership of your responsibilities and follow instructions.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
- 3 CXCs / City and Guilds (including English) OR 6 months of Customer Service experience OR a Customer Service Certificate from HEART.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience are required.

- Valid government-issued ID (Passport, National ID, Driver’s License)
- TRN
- NIS
- Relevant qualifications (CXC, Degrees, HEART Trust Certificates, etc.)
