Customer Service Sales Agent

BRK Limited seeks a customer-focused Sales Agent to greet customers, process transactions, handle inquiries, and maintain sales records. Strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and teamwork skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Promote sales by providing detailed information about BRK Limited’s products and services.
• Generate invoices and record sales transactions accurately.
• Collect and check off payments received, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Process orders and transactions while maintaining thorough documentation.
• Collect and record customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain and organize customer files and paperwork, including service orders and correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and streamline processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5 CSEC Subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
• Minimum of two (2) years sales/customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Training in Sage 300 (Accpac) is an asset but not required.
