for Norman Manley International Airport ,Kingston and Sangsters International Airport, Montego Bay

About Us: 

Global Exchange is fast growing  International company founded in 1994, and then between 1996 and 2001 was the leader in the Spanish Currency Exchange Services, serving a large number of international visitors every year ,visiting Spain.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome prospective Customers with a smile while maintaining eye contact, good posture and professional attitude.
  • Constantly seeking to increase profitability, achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Perform duties in accordance with operating procedures described in the Operator’s Manual & Public Relations Guidelines.
  • Display cordiality, transparency, rapidity and efficiency to achieve excellence in customer care.
  • Maintain corporate image and observe proper care of the functioning tools of the work centre.
  • Other duties that may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.

 

Skills and Requirements : 

  • Strong Commercial Behavior & Sales Skill
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Must have a strong command of the English Language. Other languages would be an asset.
  • At least have an Associate degree or related certification in field applying to.
  • At least 1-2 years working experience, 9 months being in job post you are applying.
  • Results oriented.
  • Must be able to work on Weekends & Public Holidays.
  • Must be able to stand long periods without a problem.
  • Must have a Valid National Identifications, TRN & NIS Cards.
  • Must have a valid Police Record.
  • Must have reference letters from JP, Pastor, Police Officer, Doctor or Lawyer.
  • Must have necessary qualifications to show.
  • Must be living at least 40- 45  minutes from work location.
