Radius Global Solutions, located in Freeport, St. James, is seeking customer service representatives to join our dynamic team! 

Position Summary:

• Delivering first class service to our customers by exhibiting a conversational tone, building rapport, and providing empathy to ensure positive customer satisfaction. 
• Responsible for answering and handling inbound calls to new and existing customers while problem solving their needs and concerns. 
• Maintain excellent attendance and adhere to company policies.

 Skills and Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of four (4) CXC/GCE subjects, including English and  Mathematics
• Composite test score of 80 or higher (please complete the assessment that is automatically sent to you upon applying).
• At least 2 years’ experience working as a customer service representative.
• Clear and vibrant speaking voice with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient at working on a PC.
• Applicants must reside in Westmoreland, Hanover, St. James or Trelawny.  
• Must be able to work a 2:30pm -11pm shift (on-site).
• Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
