Customer Service Rep for young, dynamic US Company
Fabula Coffee is a young, dynamic and fast growing US based E-commerce company. We sell healthy coffee and food supplements directly to consumers. We have the best and friendliest customers in the world, and they deserve world-class service. This is where you come in!
Most time is spent on email and social media response. There is some answering of the phone, but only inbound. You are expected to be extremely friendly and helpful with our customers, so they will think "wow, that was the best-ever service experience!".
We are a small company, so you are also expected to be able to show initiative and think for yourself. You are responsible and thoughtful. You speak English with no or little accent, and you pride yourself in your written English skills. The job is remote (work from home), so you will need an excellent internet connection and a well functioning PC. This is mandatory. Working from home is a great flexibility, but it is also a great responsibility, which you understand.

You will report to our Head of CS, also in Jamaica, but with weekly interactions with our CEO. 40 hours per week, 6 days per week.
