We're hiring a few Customer Service Representatives
Act as a liaison while being responsible for engaging with internal and external customers on behalf of the company. Duties include answering phone calls/emails; provide product/services information while being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer’s need. Must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any emerging customer inquiry that may arise with accuracy and efficiency.
