Call Centre/Customer Service Representative
Qualifications
· 3 CXC subjects minimum (must include English and a numerical subject).
· At least 2 years of experience in the related field.
Competencies
Must be computer literate and have good data entry skills.
Must be a team player and be able to multitask.
Must have great written and verbal communications skills.
Must articulate/speak well.
Functions
Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via the telephone, face-to-face and Whatsapp.
Handle inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner.
Liaise with other departments within the company.
Create inputs/bookings based on emails and calls received from customers.
Properly access and handle customers’ concerns and queries.
