Call Centre/Customer Service Representative Qualifications · 3 CXC subjects minimum (must include English and a numerical subject). · At least 2 years of experience in the related field.

Competencies

  • Must be computer literate and have good data entry skills.
  • Must be a team player and be able to multitask.
  • Must have great written and verbal communications skills.
  • Must articulate/speak well.

 

Functions

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers via the telephone, face-to-face and Whatsapp.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with other departments within the company.
  • Create inputs/bookings based on emails and calls received from customers.
  • Properly access and handle customers’ concerns and queries.
