The Customer Service Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining working relationships with all of the company’s current and potential customers.

Specific Duties

 

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Utilizes customer engagement script to obtain all relevant information to maintain database:

-Name
-Address
-Contact Number
-Service Required

 

  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions and ensuring clients feel supported an valued
  • Develop and maintain customer and consumer relationships
  • Input and maintain customer information on database
  • Schedule customer visits within the established time frame
  • Responsible for calling customers that are due for supply
  • Works closely with the Team Leaders and follows up on all customer orders to ensure scheduled delivery is made within forty-eight hours of receipt of order
  • Receives all one hundred and twenty pound customer complaints and works in conjunction with Management for the resolution of same within forty eight hours of receipt of same.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying Management issues and escalate all unresolved issues to Management.
  • Recognizes opportunities to up-sell additional products and services that may better suit the customer and consumer needs.
