FT Farfan - Customer Service Representative - Industrial Group

Job Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and quotations for CRB, JCB, Trucks, WPE and PG. This position reports to the Sales Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares Invoices and Quotations accurately and within the targeted turnaround time.
  • Provides information to customers including pricing, product features and availability of products.
  • Ensures accuracy in terms of quantity, pricing, and any applicable discounts.
  • Works closely with the respective Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Coordinator and Accounts team in order to meet the request of the customer.
  • Prepares all weekly and monthly reports.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to billing.
  • Submit invoices and quotations on customer portals
  • Source and prepare PO for local purchase items
  • Recording of all Lost Sales.
  • Processes delivery notes.
  • Ensures the maintenance and adherence to ISO Standards.
  • Promoting and selling via telephone and/or e-mail.
  • Performs any other duties assigned at Management’s discretion

Academic Qualifications & Experience

  • Five (5) CXC or GCE O’ Level passes inclusive of English Language and Mathematics.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in the field of Customer Service.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Team Oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision.
