We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will process transactions, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, people-oriented Cashier/Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service while supporting the daily operations of the business. The successful candidate will handle customer transactions, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience, all in line with our company’s policies and service standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude, providing prompt and courteous service.
  • Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, promotions, and locating items in the store.
  • Handle customer complaints, returns, and exchanges in a polite and effective manner.
  • Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Assist with inventory management by replenishing stock and ensuring proper product display.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures related to cash handling, safety, and customer service.
  • Support other team members with daily operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or an equivalent field.
  • · Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight and documentation processes.
  • · At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • · Experience with Advantum Agent and Freight Systems.
  • · Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • · Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • · Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • · Working knowledge of Odoo ERP is an asset but not required.
