Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative – Business Customers, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued business customers, ensuring their accounts are serviced accurately and efficiently. You'll play a vital role in growing the business by recruiting new customers and promoting our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for business customers, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Grow the customer base through recruitment and cross-selling of products.
• Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address customer queries with speed and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least two years’ experience in a similar role, preferably including call center experience.
• 3 CXC/City & Guilds (including English) OR 6 months of customer service experience OR a Customer Service Certificate from HEART.
• Computer literate, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• A team player with a collaborative attitude.
