Position Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will focus on securing sales by engaging with customers, offering products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 CXC / City and Guilds qualifications (including English) OR 6 months of customer service experience OR a Customer Service Certificate from Heart Trust.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

  • Valid Government-issued ID (Passport, National ID, Driver’s License)
  • TRN
  • NIS
  • Qualifications (CXC, Degrees, Heart Trust Certificate, etc.)
