The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with Field Sales and Port-In initiative.

JOB PURPOSE

This is a temporary job opportunity to provide a positive customer experience across multiple touchpoints for existing and prospective customers.  The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with Field Sales and Port-In initiative.

KEY DUTIES

  • Solicit prepaid and postpaid port ins.
  • Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns and escalate to TSTT.
  • Provide concise information about products and services of TSTT. 
  • Report details of customer contacts and actions taken. 
  • Sell and upsell Bmobile products and services. 
  • Deliver self-installed equipment to new and existing Bmobile customers. 
  • Inventory management - secure and report on inventory. 
  • Any other related duties as deemed necessary. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Full CXC Certificate, including Mathematics and English Language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Sales & Marketing Skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish will be an asset

RENUMERATION

  • Commission based only
