Segoso Caribbean is seeking to employee qualified Customer Engagement Specialists. ALL Successful candidates will be customer-focused team players who are dependable, detailed multi-taskers, and have strong communication skills. We are seeking motivated individuals that will learn quickly. Qualified candidates must have heavy phone experience, great customer treatment background, and experience with curing accounts.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year as a CES
  • 6 Months BPO Customer Service Experience
  • Automotive experience is a significant plus.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality track record
  • Gamers with an interactive personality (also an asset)
  • MUST be flexible to work a 24hrs Schedule.
