Customer Contact Agent (6 month contract) - The Customer Contact Agent will report to the Supervisor and will assist in developing, promoting and enhancing the company’s image and reputation by providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to internal and external customers.

Location:  Port-of-Spain

Job Purpose:

• Provide reservations, ticketing and related support services at the company’s ticket offices and to line stations and other airlines marketing the company’s products
• Provide high quality reservations service to all internal and external customers via the use of computer reservations terminals, phones or any other electronic media
• Provide excellent support service to both the company’s internal and external customers by providing courteous, prompt and efficient service

Minimum Qualifying Criteria:

• A minimum of five (5) CXC/ GCE passes including Maths and English
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar customer service operations role, preferably in the airline industry
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite
• Knowledge and experience in using a Computerized Reservations System
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to work shift hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
