Essential Functions:

ü Deliver legendary service in every customer interaction. 

ü Assist guests with reservations, purchases, and inquiries while maintaining a professional and upbeat approach. 

ü Process payments, resolve billing concerns, and ensure smooth transactions. 

ü Accurately document all interactions using the appropriate tools and systems. 

ü Enhance customer experience by identifying ways to improve service and interactions. 

ü Follow verification procedures to ensure secure transactions and protect guest information. 

ü Stay in tune with all promotions, services, and systems to provide guests with accurate information. 

ü Hit key performance goals such as response times, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates. 

ü Follow brand scripts and service guidelines to ensure seamless customer service experience. 

ü Participate in team training, meetings, and continuous learning opportunities. 

ü Perform additional duties as assigned. 

 

What It Takes to Be a Rockstar:

 

✔ Minimum 1 years of Reservation experience (Required) – you know how to handle financial conversations with confidence. 

✔ At least 6 months of customer service experience – delivering top-notch service is in your DNA. 

✔ 6+ months of outbound voice sales experience (plus) – you can engage and persuade with ease. 

✔ Strong critical thinking & emotional intelligence – you stay cool under pressure and handle tough conversations like a pro. 

✔ Sound judgment & problem-solving skills – you can assess and resolve issues independently with minimal guidance. 

✔ Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends (Required)

✔ Exceptional verbal & written communication skills – you know how to connect with people and leave a lasting impression. 

✔ Empathy & customer focus – you truly understand and prioritize guest needs. 

✔ Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

✔ Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with accuracy

✔ Strong multitasking & organizational skills

✔ Experience with CRM systems & online account management tools – tech-savvy and ready to go.

ü Proficient in internet & database searches – you know where to find the right info fast. 

✔ Basic mathematical skills – for handling payment-related inquiries with precision.
