As a Custodian you will play an essential role in ensuring our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Your tasks will include general cleaning, maintaining cleanliness in various areas, and following a set cleaning schedule to meet our high standards.

We pride ourselves on maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients. We are currently seeking reliable, honest and hardworking custodians to join our growing team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Empty trash bins, replace liners, and properly dispose of waste.
  • Clean restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of hallways, offices, and common areas.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
  • Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
  • Work independently and with a team to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards.

 

 Qualifications:

  • A valid Certificate of Good Character
  • A minimum of 1 year previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call as needed.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and excellent work ethic.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to notice and address cleanliness issues effectively, ensuring a polished appearance.
  • Discretion and Integrity: Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
