Assist the Regional Crewing Manager with the running the day to day, coordination, planning, organization and administration of the Offshore crew.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • To conduct activities in accordance with the Deep Ocean US HSEQS Management System requirements and to meet all legal obligations incorporated in the DeepOcean US HSEQS Management system, specifically to meet those responsibilities defined within procedure CORP/H&S/P/SP1.1 – HSE Roles and Responsibilities.
  • To plan and schedule crew coordination for DOUS projects in Americas.
  • Assist with the maintenance of Training Matrix Compliance
  • Staffing – obtaining and maintaining capable and competent personnel within the area of responsibility


Key Measures:

  • Ensure crew utilisation targets are met
  • Prompt and efficient co-ordination of ALL US-based crew changes
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.

Key Tasks:

  • Assist Regional Crewing Manager in the planning and dispatching of personnel to projects.
  • Responsible for ALL DOUS travel bookings – flights/ hotels/ car rentals.
  • Maintenance of travel receipts and records for the purpose of monthly credit card/ expense reconciliation.
  • Project coding of expenses to the correct and allocated Project.
  • Establish and maintain the overall crewing schedule and allocation of personnel.
  • Long and short term personnel planning.
  • Secondary Point of contact for all Crewing Agencies.
  • Primary Point of contact for DOUS Crew Logistics.
  • Assist with competence matrices to ensure they maintained and developed across the offshore departments disciplines together with HSEQS and HR.
  • Update certificates and qualifications for all crew are kept up to date and registered in the SKILLS System and their personnel file.
  • Work with the Vice President Operations – Americas and HR in the implementation of the DOUS Competency Scheme.
  • Any other tasks as instructed by the Regional Crewing Manager – Americas
  • Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience within travel-related industry
  • Service minded
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Efficient
