As a Credit Officer at Dolla Financial Services Limited, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations by assisting in credit management and ensuring the smooth processing of credit applications.
Perform credit administration duties, verifying and processing of legal documentation and ensure timely completion of loan documentation until the disbursement of the facilities. Ensure disbursement of the facilities to be in line with Dolla Financial Services Limited Policies and Regulatory Requirements, within the time frame set and ensuring that all Conditions Precedent are met prior to disbursement.
Responsibilities
•Ensure that the legal requirements checklist as per policy manual is adhered to.
•Liaising with Branch Manager & Loans Officers for the preparation and completion of the required security documentation.
•Make contact with references, employers and relevant institutions to verify information given on loan related documentation submitted for customers.
•Provide valuable assistance in reviewing, preparing, and maintaining various credit files and follow up immediately on exceptional cases.
•Edit payment schedule on customer accounts in loan software to ensure payments dates fall on specified dates.
•Apply group salary deductions payments to loan accounts with accordance to salary deduction listings sent from employers.
•Liaison with the accounts department in regards to bulk deposits for loan payments and reconciliations.
•Perform all other related duties as assigned
