Our client is seeking for a Credit Control Officer to manage daily payment processing, monitor accounts receivable, follow up on overdue accounts, and support administrative tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing/distribution environment.

Salary:    $8,000/month

Qualifications & Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field OR ACCA Level 1 (minimum)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains with a focus on the Accounts Receivable (AR) module
• High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of integrity and discretion

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Daily data entry of payments to customer accounts
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on due/past due payments
• Generate and distribute weekly/monthly AR statements to customers and sales team
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems
• Support other administrative duties as required
