 Credit & Collections Associate (MBJ)

The candidate will be responsible for calling (texting, emailing) on customer's delinquent accounts while also providing assistance to customers regarding their contracts. This role requires previous collections experience, good verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Skills and Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer/collections support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong work-ethic and attention to detail.
