Credit Clerk

The incumbent will be required to assist with ensuring that proper control over credit facilities are extended to customers and to ensure that delinquent accounts are regularised as soon as possible.

Bryden pi Limited is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the following position in the Finance Division:

The incumbent will be required to assist with ensuring that proper control over credit facilities are extended to customers and to ensure that delinquent accounts are regularised as soon as possible.

Some Main Responsibilities include:

• Process credit notes in a timely manner.
• Sort credit notes by the respective divisions for customer despatch.
• Liaise with customers and warehouse personnel with respect to inquiries.
• Prepare the Delivery Record Control Sheet daily
• Validate account receivable batches
• Prepare invoices as directed for Bryden pi and Bpi Genethics
• Assist the Credit Manager with resolution of customer queries and requests as necessary
• Maintain strong relationships with clients as applicable
• Adhere to the company’s quality & customer service standards and procedures. Support continuous improvement through reporting non-conformance, customer complaints & process improvements to immediate supervisor/manager
• Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company

Qualification, Experience and Requirement:

• A minimum of five (5) CXC passes, including Mathematics and English
• A minimum of one (1) years’ experience in a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Or relevant combination of training and experience
• A valid Police Certificate of Good Character
