Job Track Description:
- Performs tasks based on established procedures.
- Uses data organizing and coordination skills to support the business and perform technical work.
- Requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience
- Responsible for evaluating and recommending credit decisions for commercial lease and loan applications in a timely and accurate manner
- Utilize Dun & Bradstreet, Credit Bureau (Experian, Trans Union, and Equifax), and related commercial bureau reports to render a sound credit decision DocuSign Envelope
- Review and validate information included on bank statements, financial statements and other reports
- Validate business existence and reputation through online search engines
- May be required to present transactions above lending authority to management
- Convey credit decisions in a clear and concise matter to individual Sales Representatives
- Communicate in multiple mediums and departments within the organization § Ensure commercial lease and loan transactions are underwritten according to Credit policy standards § Comply with Credit audit procedural requirements
- Daily responsibilities may require face to face interaction with the individual Sales Representatives
- Valid ID, NIS, TRN, BIrth Certificate and Qualifications ( Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent experience, Four (4) or more CXCs including Maths and Accounts and English Language)
- 2 - 4 years commercial lease and/or loan underwriting experience preferred
- Strong time management skills with an ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
