Are you experienced in managing credit risk and debt collection? We're seeking a Credit Administrator to lead our credit management process, ensuring compliance, minimizing bad debt and driving customer satisfaction. Must be able to operate at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage credit risk and ensure compliance with credit policies.
• Oversee debt collection to minimize bad debt exposure.
• Review high-value credit applications and make credit decisions.
• Implement best practices in underwriting and fraud detection.
• Lead and develop a team of Collections Officers and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounts/Finance; ACCA or CPA qualification a plus
• 7+ years of commercial and retail credit experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of credit and collections procedures, legal regulations and financial reporting.
