Creative Designs & Building Construction Co. Ltd. was founded in 1977 by Dr. Anselm LaTouche. CDBC has grown and expanded tremendously over the years and is now the premier building and construction company in Grenada.

As part of our strategic direction to become the premier general contracting organization within the region, in 2002, CDBC launched operations in Barbados. We continue to grow and expand servicing a range of industries including education, banking, hotel, resorts and residential projects among others.
