The Country Manager, People Resources and Culture is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior management in supporting all employees. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, policy implementation, talent acquisition and employment law compliance.
