Job Summary:

Researches, recruits, screens, interviews, and refers qualified candidates for exempt positions as assigned.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partners with leadership to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required.
  • Interviews leadership level candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, and abilities. 
  • Effectively source for leadership level roles using different job boards. 
  • Negotiates salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee.
  • Ensures clerical procedures are in accordance with Federal, State, and EEOC requirements.
  • Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to customer service; anticipates, meets, and exceeds expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority.
  • Partners with managers in the interviewing/hiring process.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Skills Requirements:

  • Work experience as Full Cycle Recruiter
  • Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software
  • Strong interviewing skills
  • Experience with social media recruiting
  • Exceptional communication skills. Verbal and Written.                                                                                                                              
  • 4 + years of experience in recruiting for leadership positions. 
  • Experience with contact center recruiting preferred.

 

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required.                                                          
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

 

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
