Job Summary:
Food Preparation:
● Execute food preparation tasks according to established recipes and
culinary standards.
● Ensure the highest quality of ingredients and meticulous attention to detail
in the cooking and presentation of dishes.
Kitchen Hygiene and Safety:
● Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols in the kitchen, ensuring
compliance with food safety regulations.
● Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Ingredient Management:
● Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring the availability of
necessary ingredients for menu items.
● Communicate with suppliers to procure fresh and high-quality ingredients.
Collaboration:
● Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to enhance teamwork and
overall kitchen efficiency.
● Participate in menu planning meetings and contribute creative ideas to
continually improve our offerings.
