Cook 3
The Cook 3 is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in accordance with the hotel’s menu and food safety standards. The role requires proficiency in a variety of cooking techniques and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. The Cook 3 supports the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, assisting in meal preparation, and ensuring food items are prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to hotel standards.
Ensure proper presentation and portion control.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Assist with inventory and food safety.
Support senior kitchen staff and work collaboratively with the team.
Requirements:
Previous cooking experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen equipment.
Strong teamwork and time-management skills.
Culinary training preferred.
Valid Food Handlers
