The Contractor / Architect Construction Project Sales Executive will be required to meet with building and construction Architects, Developers and Government institutions to develop business relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Client Acquisition: Identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships and addressing their needs.
  3. Technical Support: Providing expert advice on paint products, applications, and solutions.
  4. Market Research: Monitoring industry trends, competition, and upcoming projects.
  5. Project Coordination: Ensuring timely delivery and on-site support during product application.
  6. Product Promotion: Conducting presentations, demonstrations, and organizing events.
  7. Compliance and Reporting: Adhering to quality standards and preparing sales reports.
  8. Collaboration and Training: Working with marketing teams and educating clients on specialized products.

The requirements / criteria:

  • BSc in Marketing or Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years construction / commercial products sales.
  • Excellent customer and networking skills.
  • Proficient in MS office; word, excel and power point.
  • Highly confident, motivated and goal oriented.
  • Must own a reliable working vehicle.
