Position Overview

As a Contract Customer Service Interviewer, you will be facilitating interviews for an Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey. You will be required to complete telephone interviews with clients from several Caribbean countries.

Requirements

• Access to a working laptop
• This position requires in office attendance for 6 days per week
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be fluent in English
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

 Responsibilities

• Make telephone calls and conduct interviews with clients
• Collect and document customer feedback in our Survey Platform
• Ensure a positive customer service experience in every interaction
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Interviewers will be required to work Mondays thru to Fridays - 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (one hour lunch break) and Saturdays - 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Compensation

• Base Salary Weekly (minimal)
• Competitive rate for targets that are achieved daily
• This is a contract position
