Construction Site Supervisor

The incumbent will be responsible for all-onsite construction activities.
Responsibilities:
•Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
•Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are executed according to plan, specifications, and schedule.
•Coordinate and schedule work activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure a smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
•Supervise and guide construction workers, including assigning tasks, providing training, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
•Conduct site inspections to assess progress, ensure quality standards are met, and identify potential issues or risks.
•Collaborate with project managers to develop and update project schedules, including identifying and addressing any delays or obstacles
•Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and material deliveries to ensure transparent documentation throughtout the project.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
•Certification in Construction Supervision or a related field is a plus
•Proven experience as a site supervisor or a similar role in the construction industry
•Knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to enforce and promote a safe working environment
•Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different job sites as requireddocumentation throughout the project
