Photovoltaics Solution Sales Engineer Intern (onsite)

To learn and develop viable and economically sustainable PV projects and proposals.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Assist in promoting the value of our smart PV solution, engaging in basic technical communications with customers, contributing to documentation, and helping guide customers to understand our smart PV solutions.
2. Support solution design for customers based on the company's Photovoltaics products under supervision.
3. Provide assistance in pre-sales technical support activities, including on-site surveys and testing, under the guidance of more experienced team members.
4. Aid in partner development activities and start to gain an understanding of market insights and contractual aspects of transactions.

Skills and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics, Environmental Science, or a related field with a focus on Solar/Renewable Energy.
2. internships or academic projects in electric power, solar PV industry, or related fields are a plus. Eager to learn about:

• PV inverter or BESS manufacturer operations,
• Solar/inverter/BESS/power electronics test labs,
• Standard development or certification processes,
• The workings of renewable energy engineering consultancy firms,
• Utility solar PV power plant EPC/developer processes,
• Grid operation basics and policymaking related to solar energy.

3. Outgoing character with a willingness to develop good networking, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Basic knowledge of or strong interest in the PV industry, including solutions, test procedures, pre-sales, and post-sales activities. An interest in new energy development or power plant design.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including PowerPoint and Word.
