• Training in safety and health, or similar.
• 1 to 3 years of prior experience in supervising works in hotel complexes, from the perspective of the final company or engineering/architecture firm, with 1 to 2 years of experience in team and budget management.
• Knowledge: Construction and building (hotel complexes, installations, and equipment) / Technical design (Autocad, SketchUp, 3D Lumion or similar) Measurements and work progress tracking / Permits and construction license processing / Project management.
• Languages: English and Spanish.
• IT Skills: Office software and management systems (Worksite / Technical Office / Finance).
• Ensure compliance with the operation manual and the Group's standards.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, disciplinary rules, and assigned tasks.
